6) Two hands climb the legs to strengthen the kidneys
7) Punching with an angry gaze to increase strength
8) Shake the back seven times to eliminate the 100 diseases
Opening posture
1) Repulse Monkey (right, then left)
2) Brush Knee & Twist (left, then right)
3) Diagonal Flying (left, then right)
4) Wave Hands Like Clouds
5) Golden Pheasant Stands on One Leg (left leg, then right)
6) Kick with the Heel (right, then left)
7) Grasp the Sparrows Tail, Rollback, Press, Withdraw, Advance (right side, then left)
8) Crossing Hands
