Lyle moved to the Winchester area in 2015 from Dallas, TX, where he had a robust private practice that included teaching and practicing qigong and various healing modalities. Lyle has over 40 years of experience in education and research, teaching various manual therapies at professional and university levels, providing structural and functional individualized exercise, therapies, and nutritional programs for his clientele. He lectures domestically and internationally on cell-level chemistry, and holds undergraduate degrees in biology and business, a doctorate in Western natural medicine and a diplomate, a masters, and is a doctoral candidate in Oriental medicine; Dr Wilson’s background and interests are as varied as his life experiences are.

Adrian is a tai chi and qigong instructor that is passionate about making Classic Chinese Medicine philosophies, movements, and energetic principles accessible to all. She is the founder and executive director of MoveMentation, a nonprofit with the mission of getting high-level movement classes into the hands of all. She holds accreditation with The American Tai Chi and Qigong Association, practices Medical Qigong and energy medicine, and offers Biomat and Red Light therapies to clients of her energy medicine practice under Tai Chi Healing Energies. She is also the creator of 5-Elemental Lotus Healing, a newer frequency of energy medicine that she is beginning to share with the world.

Adrian has fully embraced her nerdiness, and you can usually find her either teaching, taking classes, or curled up on the Biomat with a book in her hands. She also enjoys spending time with friends, usually over a cup of tea. If you can’t find Adrian, it’s probably because she’s out hiking and communing with trees and nature or kayaking with her dad in the warmer weather.

Renèe Chase has the dubious honor of being Adrian’s longest-running student, having joined one of Adrian’s classes shortly after she began teaching in 2017. Although the two did not remain in constant contact, they reconnected in 2024 when Women’s Qigong began. When Renée said, “If you ever need any help with MoveMentation, just ask,” Adr

Renèe Chase has the dubious honor of being Adrian’s longest-running student, having joined one of Adrian’s classes shortly after she began teaching in 2017. Although the two did not remain in constant contact, they reconnected in 2024 when Women’s Qigong began. When Renée said, “If you ever need any help with MoveMentation, just ask,” Adrian gladly took her up on the offer—first inviting her to serve as secretary and later asking her to step into the role of treasurer.

Renée prefers to be that of support-services. The board has already observed, however, that she readily steps forward to promote MoveMentation’s mission. Her organizational skills, ability to see the bigger picture, and diverse perspectives from the business world have proven invaluable in the short time she has been a board member.

Lynn, an avid golfer, moved to the Winchester area from Texas in late 2021 after retiring from a distinguished career in the oil and gas industry. She obtained her MBA from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, and quickly moved into environmental services and human resources; her native people and organizational skills made her a top choice for senior positions, allowing her to rise to senior director and vice-president roles in supply and distribution chains, human resources, and health and safety divisions. Lynn’s linear thinking skills combined with her management style make her an asset at any business.
