At MoveMentation we believe prioritizing daily necessities of life SHOULD NOT have to prevent the ability to heal and live a healthier life!
We believe that underserved communities like the elderly, veterans, those on fixed and low-incomes, and the chronically ill, to have access to various movement and meditation modalities. So the decision to form MoveMentation, a nonprofit to bring education on, and opportunities for movement and meditation, was born.
"I have to admit that I found myself entering a meditative state during Tai Chi class, one of the MANY benefits of spending some time around Adrian VanKeuren." - Don C
"Thanks for leading the session,
it was fun and informative!"
- Bob J
"You teach the how of movements and the why by including Chinese philosophy and benefits; your use of visualizations is very helpful to personalize what is being learned; and your step-by-step repetitions helps tie it all together. And you welcome and are open to questions."
- Patience S
"Lyle, just wanted to send you a quick not to tell you how much I enjoyed the Saturday session at Bowman Library... I really enjoyed the 5 elements paired with the seasons and the sounds associated with them, they were awesome. I can still feel the "ho" resonating in my chest and throat." - Walter W
"In regards to the benefits to me -- improved posture, looking forward to and enjoying classes every week, relaxation, pain relief, "standing tall in my mind," trusting self more, new friends."
- Patience S
