MoveMentation is founded on two primary principles – that movement IS medicine, and that every person deserves equal access to that powerful healing modality.
MoveMentation is proud to offer tai chi and qigong classes and workshops, taught by expert volunteer instructors Adrian VanKeuren and Dr Lyle Wilson.
MoveMentation hosts weekly and bi-weekly classes for the public at several different locations, as well as hosting special workshops and events, primarily through partnership with The Friends of the Handley Regional Library System. (Check out our Classes & Events tab)
MoveMentation also works with local private businesses who wish their clientele to experience the therapeutic benefits of qigong and tai chi by holding private classes for them. We invite your business to reach out to us to learn if we’re a good fit to work with you.
